Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Leadform (the "Service"). Leadform is for business use only. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting for your business, and that you have authority to accept these Terms for the business named in your account.

Who we are.
In these Terms, "Leadform", "we", "us" and "our" mean the business that provides the Leadform service. Leadform is a trading name. The legal entity that provides the service and bills you will be named in these Terms, and in the email we send you before billing starts, before you're charged anything. It will also be named on every invoice. You can contact us through the form at leadform.io/contact.
1. The service
Leadform provides a hosted form builder that lets you design multi-step forms, publish them under your own domains, run A/B tests, send notifications, integrate with third-party services, and analyse the resulting submissions. Some features are powered by AI and may produce inaccurate or unexpected output; you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it.
2. Business customers only
Leadform is provided only to businesses. By creating an account you confirm that you are using Leadform for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer, that you are at least 18, and that you are authorised to accept these Terms for the business named in your account. If you are not acting for a business, you must not use Leadform.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication and saving your recovery codes somewhere safe. Losing both your authenticator and your codes can lock you out, and recovery in that situation is limited.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR e-Privacy, and similar);
- collect personal data without a lawful basis or appropriate consent under the privacy laws that apply to your end users;
- run phishing campaigns, impersonate others, or harvest credentials;
- upload or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights;
- attempt to disable, overload, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside an authorised disclosure programme;
- resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without our written agreement;
- bypass the anti-spam protections (such as the honeypot field) built into our forms;
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity.
4A. Regulated activities
Leadform is a software tool. We don't give advice, arrange or broker financial products, carry on claims management, or introduce your end users to any third party. If you use the Service in connection with a regulated activity (including claims management, consumer credit, insurance or mortgages), you're responsible for holding any authorisation you need from the Financial Conduct Authority (or another regulator), and for making sure your forms, advertorials and promotions comply with the rules that apply to you. We may suspend forms that we reasonably believe breach those rules.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the forms, copy, branding, and other content you create on Leadform ("Your Content"). You also retain ownership of the lead data submitted to your forms by your end users.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not claim any ownership of Your Content.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content, including every question you ask end users, complies with applicable law. If your form collects personal data, you are the data controller for that data and we are your processor; you must provide your end users with an appropriate privacy notice and a lawful basis for collection.
6. Third-party integrations
The Service connects to third-party tools (CRMs, email providers, Zapier, Make, analytics, AI providers, and others). When you enable an integration, you authorise us to send and receive data on your behalf using credentials you provide. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
7. Fees, billing and cancellation
7.0 Before paid billing starts. Paid billing is not yet available. Until we switch it on for your account: (a) we do not charge you anything, and clauses 7.2 to 7.10, 7.12 and 8.5 do not apply; (b) your account can publish one form for 14 days from sign-up, after which the form is unpublished until you start paying; (c) we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before billing starts, and nothing is charged unless you add a payment method and accept our prices at that time; and (d) when you start paying, that day becomes your billing date and you choose your billing currency.
7.1 Prices. You pay a platform fee for each user on your account and a charge for each billable lead (see clause 8), in your billing currency (clause 7.11). Our prices at the date of these Terms are set out in Schedule 1. Current prices are always shown on our pricing page at leadform.io/pricing. Business prices. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at 20%. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply to you. There is no minimum lead volume and no minimum term, but every account must have at least one user.
7.2 Billing date. Your billing date is the day of the month on which you signed up or, after a suspension, the day your account was reactivated (clause 7.7). If a month has no such day, your billing date that month is its last day. Each billing period runs from one billing date to the day before the next.
7.3 Platform fee and add-ons, charged in advance. When you sign up, we charge the platform fee for each user for your first billing period. That is £19, €22 or $24 per user, depending on your billing currency. After that, on each billing date we charge the platform fee for the coming billing period, for the number of users on your account on that date. Optional add-ons you choose are charged monthly in advance in the same way, with the platform fee. White-label (£49, €56 or $62 a month) is not yet available.
7.4 Lead charges, charged in arrears. On each billing date we also charge for the billable leads you received in the billing period that has just ended. Leads are charged at graduated rates: each rate applies only to the leads that fall within its band. Your lead count covers every form and workspace in your account, and it resets to zero on each billing date. Your invoice shows how many leads were charged in each band.
7.5 Adding and removing users. If you add a user part-way through a billing period, we charge a pro-rated platform fee for that user for the rest of the period on your next invoice. If you remove a user, the removal takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the platform fee for the rest of that period.
7.6 Payment. By signing up you authorise us to charge the payment method on your account on each billing date, on reactivation under clause 7.7, and for any final invoice under clause 7.8. You can see and download your invoices in your account. You must keep your payment details up to date.
7.7 Failed payments and suspension. If a payment fails, we will email you and try the payment again up to 3 times over the following 7 days. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, we may suspend your account.
- (a) While your account is suspended, your published forms will not accept new submissions, and we do not charge the platform fee or add-on fees.
- (b) Suspension does not cancel amounts invoiced before it began. You must pay those to reactivate your account.
- (c) When you pay everything that is owed, we reactivate your account. Your reactivation date becomes your new billing date. On that date we charge the platform fee and any add-ons for a full billing period in advance, together with any billable leads received since your last invoice.
- (d) We will not delete your data because of non-payment until at least 30 days after suspension, and we will email you before we do.
- (e) We may claim statutory interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
7.8 Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by sending us a message through the form at leadform.io/contact, using the email address you sign in with. There is no cancellation fee. When you cancel:
- (a) your account, and your published forms, stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you want to stop receiving leads sooner, unpublish your forms;
- (b) we do not refund the platform fee for the rest of that period;
- (c) at the end of that period your forms stop accepting submissions, and we send a final invoice for the billable leads you received in that period and charge it to your payment method; and
- (d) we will not charge you anything after that.
7.9 Price changes. We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. New prices apply from your first billing date after the notice period ends. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel before it takes effect, and your final invoice will use the old prices.
7.10 Billing disputes. Clause 8.5 explains how to dispute a lead charge.
7.11 Billing currency. You choose your billing currency (pounds sterling, euros or US dollars) when you sign up, and all your invoices are in that currency. Each currency has its own fixed prices. They are not converted from pounds sterling, so they don't change with exchange rates.
7.12 Custom terms. If we agree different prices or billing terms with you in writing (for example for high volumes, invoicing or support), those written terms apply instead of the matching parts of this clause 7 and Schedule 1. Otherwise the published prices in Schedule 1 apply at every volume, including above 25,000 leads a month.
8. Billable leads
8.1 What we charge for. A billable lead is a completed submission. That means someone reaches the final step of one of your published forms, submits it, and the submission is stored in your Leadform account. Each completed submission is one billable lead, whatever it contains.
8.2 What we do not charge for. We do not charge for:
- (a) partial submissions: anyone who leaves before submitting the final step, even if we saved their earlier answers;
- (b) test submissions: submissions made in preview or test mode (see clause 8.3);
- (c) spam: submissions blocked or flagged by our spam and bot protection;
- (d) drafts: submissions on forms that are not published;
- (e) duplicates (see clause 8.4); and
- (f) our faults: submissions that are stored or counted wrongly because of a fault on our side.
8.3 Test submissions. A test submission is a submission made in preview or test mode. Submissions made on a published form in any other way are counted normally, including submissions made by you or your team. Use preview or test mode for testing.
8.4 Duplicates. A submission is a duplicate if it has the same email address, or the same phone number, as a billable lead submitted to the same form in the previous 24 hours, where the submission includes an email address or phone number. We charge for the first submission and not for the duplicates.
8.5 Disputes and credits. If you think we have charged for a submission that is not billable under clause 8.2 (for example spam that our filters missed), tell us through the form at leadform.io/contact within 30 days of the date of the charge, and say which submissions you mean. We will check them against our records and tell you the outcome within 10 working days. If we agree, we will credit the charge on your next invoice, or refund it if your account is closed. You must still pay the rest of the invoice on time. If you do not raise a dispute within 30 days of the date of the charge, the invoice is treated as accepted, unless the error was ours.
8.6 Leads that stay billable. A billable lead is still charged if you later delete it, if you or anyone you pass it to rejects it, or if it does not reach one of your integrations for a reason outside our control.
8.7 Checking your usage. Your dashboard shows how many billable leads you have received in the current billing period and which band you are in.
8.8 Before paid billing starts. Leads received before paid billing starts for your account are not charged. This clause 8 applies to leads received from that date.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep Leadform fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may schedule maintenance, deploy updates, or change features over time.
10. Termination
You can cancel and close your account at any time by sending us a message through the form at leadform.io/contact. Clause 7.8 explains what happens to your forms and fees when you cancel.
We may also suspend your account for non-payment under clause 7.7.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create undue risk.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete or anonymise your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and our backup-retention schedule.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated output is provided as-is and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadform and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or £100 (or the equivalent in your billing currency) if you have not paid us anything.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadform from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Changes to the service and to these Terms
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice by email or in-app. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to our prices are made under clause 7.9, not this clause.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Contact
These Terms are available in English only. We keep a copy of the version you accepted, and the current version is always at leadform.io/terms.
